Don Sainte Johnn Radio Consulting (formerly The Programming Associates) is a firm that advises radio stations all over the country. He has worked in numerous formats, including–but limited to–Adult Contemporary, Big Band, Contemporary Hit Radio (Top 40), Country, MOR, Classic Hits, Rhythm & Blues and Urban.

Don Sainte-Johnn is a former owner of KMEN-FM Mendota, and part-owner of KLRS-FM Chico, winning applicant for FM 107 Boonville, Music Scheduler for Chancellor Media, Music Director for KYA and Music Scheduler for KBGG (both) San Francisco, Program Director for Rock 95 San Diego, Operations Manager for KWK St. Louis, Program Director for KFRC-FM San Francisco, Air Personality for K101, KZST, KSOL, KWK, Rock 95, WJPC, KWIN, WGRT, FM102, KYUM, V101, KBGG, KYA, and KFRC-AM.

Don Sainte-Johnn began his career as an Air Personality-Program Director at Rock 95 in San Diego, and later moved to St. Louis, Chicago, San Francisco, Sacramento, and other cities. Along the way, he was honored with two Billboard Air Personality of the Year Awards and was nominated for a third. He is a winner of the coveted BRE Air Personality of the Year Drummer Award. 

Don Sainte-Johnn is a long-time college educator (for over 20 years), nationally syndicated program host, and a seasoned broadcast professional who offers Air Personality Coaching and Strategic Planning for radio stations. 

Don Sainte-Johnn is a Distinguished Alumni of Los Angeles City College, member of the Bay Area Radio Hall of Fame, and he holds the same honor in the St. Louis Radio Hall of Fame.

Don Sainte-Johnn has been contracted as a professor of mass communication in St. Louis, San Francisco, and Sacramento, etc. Additionally, he has written numerous articles covering various aspects of broadcasting. He is frequently called upon to provide opinions and comments on radio broadcast matters at industry and educational conferences and seminars.
